- Voltage-Sourced Converter based FACTS Controllers: including UPFC, IPFC, CSC, and GUPFC – Loadflow models, voltage and power dispatch, sensitivity analysis, voltage stability analysis, rated-capacity operation and dispatch strategies, dynamic models, damping control, multiple FACTS Controllers, computational tools, web simulator, operator training simulator.
- Power System Research Consortium: Rensselaer, Virginia Tech, University of Wyoming, and Montana Tech. Phasor Data Analysis and Power System Security Assessment – stability analysis, slow coherency, mode meters, disturbance location estimation.
- Deregulated Electricity Market: Reliability, dynamic Var pricing, intelligent agent simulation, ancillary services.
